Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • PawPulse is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • PawPulse is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  1. Check your tracking information.

  2. Contact the carrier directly.

  3. If unresolved, contact us at himanshuagr57@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses. You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
